Comment on PADEP's New Stormwater Manual Chapter by November 30

PADEP is offering the opportunity to comment on a new chapter of Pennsylvania's Erosion & Sediment Pollution Control Program Manual entitled Erosion & Sedimentation Control Practices for Contaminated Sites."

Submit comments by November 30, 2008 to Domenic Rocco, P.E., Chief, Stormwater Section/ Watershed Management Program, PADEP Southeast Region at drocco@state.pa.us; 2 East Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401; or by fax (484) 250-5971.

This draft has three parts: 1) the draft chapter that PADEP wants comments on, which is followed by supporting information on 2) pesticide contamination on agricultural land proposed for development and 3) dust control. Comments are requested only on Part 1, the draft chapter.
